Copyright is the right to prevent others from copying or reproducing someone elses work.
NHS organisations have many copyright works in their care. The majority of materials handled each day by Library Staff are protected.
Some materials are covered by the CLA licence, some by an eLicence, everything else is covered by Copyright Law.
